RIDING THE BRAKES CAN CAUSE OVERHEATING, REDUCING THEIR EFFECTIVENESS. NEVER

RIDE WITH YOUR FOOT RESTING ON THE BRAKE PEDAL OR YOUR HAND PUTTING PRESSURE

ON THE FRONT BRAKE LEVER EXCEPT WHEN STOPPING.

AVOID PROLONGED BRAKE APPLICATION. THIS CAN OVERHEAT THE BRAKES AND REDUCE

THEIR EFFECTIVENESS.
