Step 13: Chalk Wall Assembly cont.
C:
Place the Chalk Wall Tarp in between (OR3) Back Divider and (F10) Top Front Back and (F5) Cedar Wall. (fig.
13.3)
D:
Attach Chalk Wall Tarp to (F10) Top Front Back, (OR6) Panel Frame, (F5) Cedar Wall and (OR3) Back Divider
using 12 (S5) #8 x 1/2” Pan Screws (with #8 flat washer) as shown in fig. 13.3 and 13.4. The 2 screws on (OR3)
Back Divider are attached from the inside of the assembly.
E:
Tighten the bolts in (OR3) Back Divider.
F:
Make sure (F5) Cedar Wall is square and then attach to (OR3) Back Divider from the inside of the assembly
with 2 (S1) #8 x 1-1/8” Wood Screws. (fig. 13.3)
G:
From the outside of the assembly and 8” from the inside edge of (OR3) Back Divider attach 1 (F18) Lower Back
Wall to (F10) Top Front Back and (F5) Cedar Wall with 4 (S1) #8 x 1-1/8” Wood Screws. (fig. 13.4)
