Contact an authorized BHM Medical Distributor / Service Agent immediatly if there are any problems with the
operation of the device.

Ensure the log book is completed and signed.
•
Record any repairs required.
•
Withdraw the patient lifter from service if inspection reveals that user safety is jeopardized in any way from use
of the patient lifter.
