GETTING STARTED 

 
1. Plug the power cord into the wall power outlet and turn on the power switch. If the equipment is 

not in use please turn it off. 

2. Press the 

on·off

 key to light the console on. 

3. Press the 

start·stop 

key directly, the machine will start work at L, 30Hz, 30S.       

4. Choose the time, Hertz and the H / L quick set keys and then press 

start

, the machine will start. 

5. During the exercise, you can also change the time and hertz, press “+” “-“to increase and 

decrease Hertz one by one. 

6. After count down, if you want continue exercise please choose the time again. 
7. Press 

program

 key to choose the program. Press “+” and “-“to select the program, there are 5 

preset programs. During the program, time and hertz key can not use. If you want to interrupt the 
program, press 

start·stop, 

the program will stop. 

7. During working out press the 

on·off

 key to stop the machine. 

8. Extend the time of each exercise (from 30s to 45s, from 45s to 60s, from 60s to 90s)   
9. Reduce the rest period between exercises (from 90s to 60s to 450s to 30s to no rest)   
10. Increase number of sets per exercise
