Remove handlebar post and clean
tube

release levers

9 Check toe straps for signs of wear X
10 Check crank bolts and re-tighten X
11 Make sure pedals are screwed in X

Check brake pads for wear-align,
and wipe the lubricating oil on it.

Check belt tension, retighten when
loose

Keep flywheel clean: Wipe with clean
& dry fabric to clear dirt & sweat.
