Remark:
Riding this bike backwards may loosen the pedals which will damage the threads. Please
always check pedals to ensure that the pedals are tightened. If the pedals have become loose,
tighten threads with the wrench supplied to ensure they are securely attached.
STEP 4
Insert the Monitor (49) on the I-PAD
Bracket (41) and tighten it with screw.
Connect the sensor cable (42) which
come from the handlebar post (13) with
cable on the back of monitor.
Before riding
Securely confirm all of the knobs (6) and
release lever (7), saddle(1), Pedals(20) and
screws are fastened before your training.
Stability
If the floor is not even, you can adjust the height
by front foot tube adjuster pad (36) to make it
firmly.
Adjusting the resistance
Adjust the exercise resistance on the spinning
bike which using the Tension knob (12) and
working with Level 1-16 (loosen to tighten).
