CAUTION: During assembly it is recommended that all bolts be tightened by hand,
upon completing assembly, bolts should then be properly secured using the wrench
provided. To avoid injury, check bolts carefully before use.
Assembly Drawing
STEP 1
Attach the front foot tube (35) first by lifting
up the front of the frame and sliding the front
foot tube under the frame. Align the holes of
the tube and frame then insert bolt (30) from
bottom. Tighten the nut (27) with washer (28)
and bolt (30) by the wrench.
Use the same procedure to install the rear
foot tube (31).
STEP 2
First, please remove the stopper (57) from
front end of handle bar post (13) then slip
the handlebar (46) into the handlebar post
(13), and use adjuster knob (6) to tighten
handle bar (46) on handle bar post (13).
After it, make sure to re-screw the stopper
(57) on front end of (13) handlebar post.
Attach the bottle cage (14) on the handlebar
(46) and tighten the nuts, washer and
screws (14-1) to fix it.
Insert the saddle (1) into the seat post (3)
and tighten the nuts by wrench.
