Stride adjustment
Please turn the Right Knob [C31] counterclockwise more than 10 times to loosen it.
Hold the Adjustable Stride Disc Cover [C19] and pull the Right Knob [C31] outwards. Rotate the Adjustable Stride Disc
Cover [C19] and find the preferred stride number aligning to the tip of the diamond mark.
The pin of the lock Knob [C31] will get engaged into the disc with a click. Now turn the knob clockwise and
secure it tightly. Repeat the same procedure to the Left Adjustable Stride Knob [C13].
ENSURE STRIDE KNOBS ARE SECURED TIGHT.
Incline Adjustment
Loosen the Knob [C17] on the height adjustment tube of the Dual Action Arm [A04]. Now press the spring pin and
adjust to the required position for required incline level. Tighten the Knob [C17] after adjustment is finished. Ensure
both sides are set at the same level.
ENSURE INCLINE KNOBS ARE SECURED TIGHT.
