6. Use
6.1 Positioning the stress releaZer
Note
You can use the stress releaZer either on bare skin or over clothing. We recom-
mend that you use the stress releaZer for 30 minutes every day.
1. Lie flat on your back. Alternatively, you
can also sit on a reclined chair.
2. Place the stress releaZer on the dia-
phragm area (resting on the bottom
rib bones/chest). If you find that use
directly on the diaphragm is uncom-
fortable, position the stress releaZer
above the diaphragm.
Note
Do not use the device near your solar plexus (area between your chest and your
stomach). This may cause dizziness and nausea.
6.2 Switching on the stress releaZer/selecting the breathing cycle
Note
Select the breathing cycle of your choice. If the stress releaZer is used over
an extended period of time, it is possible to increase your breath duration.

Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the stress
releaZer.
Bluetooth
®
is activated when three sections
of the function light light up blue. You can now connect
the stress releaZer to your smartphone using the
“ beurer CalmDown” app if you wish.
Press twice =
The first breathing cycle is activated. In this breathing
cycle, breathe in for 5 seconds, and then breathe out
for 5 seconds.

The second breathing cycle is activated. In this breath-
ing cycle, breathe in for 6 seconds, and then breathe
out for 6 seconds.
