Check engine oil level and add if needed

Check and clean engine intake fi lter
*
General check for loose or lost nuts, screws, oil leakage,
fuel hose connection, etc.
*
Clean air cleaner foam element
*
Clean air cleaner paper element
*
Check belt tension
*
Change engine oil
*
Change oil fi lter
*
Clean dust and dirt from cylinder and cylinder head
cooling
fi ns
*
Tighten nuts and screws
*
Clean and regap spark plugs
*
Replace air cleaner paper element
*
Replace air cleaner foam element
*
Replace spark plugs
*
Check and adjust valve clearance
*
Clean combustion chamber
*
Clean and lap valve seating surface
*
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) Change engine oil and fi lter after fi rst 8 hours of operation.
2) Maintenance should be done by quali fi ed personnel only.
