Adjust Hardware Fit to Vehicle & Tighten All Fasteners

Tighten glass hinge fasteners.
Tighten Window Carrier fasteners.
Tighten bolts on sport bar holding Rear Brackets.
Zip sport bar covers closed.
Tighten all Halo frame fasteners, including lower
Halo Strut Bracket and Halo lower screws.
Passenger side fastener locations shown.
Repeat on both sides of the vehicle.
Open and close the rear window.
Make sure the window operates smoothly.
Make sure the window is centered in the opening
and has a nice even gap and good seal contact on
all sides.
