Be careful to assemble all components
in the sequence they are presented.
note
: do not fully tighten bolts until the unit is completely assembled.
A. Position all the components from the box into a clean area.
NOTE
: There is only one tool required to assemble the treadmill and is provided
along with the hardware pack. Retain this tool for future maintenance as it
will be used to tension the running belt.
B. Connect the upright harness wires before assembling the Upright Posts (4).
C. Insert Upright Post (4) into treadmill Main Frame (2) using:
Four 75 (M8x15 allen head bolt)
Four 84 (M8 flat washer)
D. Insert the remaining Upright Post (4) into treadmill Main Frame (2) using:
Four 75 (M8x15 allen head bolt)
Four 84 (M8 flat washer)
