Pre-Cut Wall Studs

Install (7) seven pre-cut wall studs between the top & bottom plates. Nail top plate to studs
using 10d sinkers. Nail bottom plate to studs using 16d galv. nails.

Square wall frame. Measure the wall diagonally (corner to corner). Then measure the opposite
corners. These measurements will be the same if the wall is square.
4.
Install the first Oriented Strand Board (OSB) panel flush with the side of the wall stud and
flush with the top 2x4 plate. Nail siding with 6d common nails, spaced 8" apart. Cut the OSB
flush with the 2x4 bottom plate if you are installing the building on a concrete slab.
5.
Install (2) two more OSB panels.

Cut (2) two 2x4-12' (one will be treated) to a length of 144". Position the boards together
and indicate with 'X' marks where the wall studs will be located.
