Commissioning
Mounting
The unit is equipped with a power cable and plug. It must be connected to a socket. The
electrical installation must be made by a trained and authorised person, respecting and
following the specific national and local regulations. The installation company is
responsible for the correct installation of the unit. The danger symbol plates must be
respected and followed strictly.
Check the voltage on the installation spot and
make sure it suits the voltage indicated on the
technical data plate.
If the unit is installed in the immediate vicinity
of a wall, kitchen cabinets, decorative padding
etc., make sure they are made of non-
combustible material, otherwise they must be
covered with non-combustible, heat-insulating
material and the fire safety regulations must be
followed and respected in the most careful way!
The unit must be placed on a clean, even and straight surface, in its final position. The
regulations of the chapter “Installation regulations” must be fully met.
Remove all packing and protective foils from the unit. Make
sure the cooking chamber is free of accessories and other
objects. Please stop commissioning, if the unit is damaged and
switch power off.
Vapour opening / Regulation
You can regulate the vapour extraction through the
variation of the vapour opening. -> This also helps
to regulate the creation of humidity condensing on
the ceiling of the cooking chamber.
Installation of the unit
The unit is stackable (for safety reasons maximum up to three units)
on top of each other, in order to save space. As an optional, you can
also purchase a wall mounting bracket (see image; BHS).
