Attention
Do not open the unit!

Decommissioning
If the unit will not be used for a longer period, please pull the plug form the socket. Make
sure that no liquids can penetrate into the unit.
Error detection
The unit must only be opened by trained and authorised
personnel. Please stop any usage if liquids are
penetrated into the unit. Turn it OFF immediately and
pull the plug from the socket. There are no parts inside
the unit that need regular maintenance.

and let the unit cool down for at least
2 hours. Reconnect to mains.
Cleaning
To keep the unit hygienically in good shape and based on the dirtiness of the cooking
chamber, please clean regularly with commercial cleaning products. The best products are
grease-solving dishwashing soaps. Never use aggressive detergents and/or abrasive
sponges to clean the chamber or unit, as they may damage the sealing and the surfaces of
the unit itself. After rinsing clear the surfaces, the unit can be used temporarily at the
maximum temperature (130°C) to dry and sanitize the chamber.
No liquids must penetrate inside the unit
except in the cooking chamber!
