- Open the boiler’s front panel, then press the
ignition knob on the gas valve and turn it to
the “
1 ” position (fig. 4.9)
- Keep holding down the ignition knob and
simultaneously press the button on the pie-
zoelectric igniter (near the “
4
” gas valve), a
number if times until the pilot burner lights
(fig. 4.10)
- Hold down the ignition knob on the gas
valve for about another 20 seconds after the
pilot burner lights, then release it
- Turn the ignition knob on the gas valve back
to “ 2 ” position (fig. 4.11).
Repeat this operation no more than 2-3 times,
at intervals of at least 3 minutes. If the prob-
lem persists after that, call your local Technical
Assistance Centre.
