51 Maximum temperature of storage cyl-

inder 2

System 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13: No function
System 2, 5:
Circulating pump A1 is disabled if the tempera-
ture in storage cylinder 2 exceeds the safety
limit value set here and storage cylinder 1 can-
not be filled (A2 towards storage cylinder 2).
The pump is enabled when the temperature is
less than the temperature [P51] – 5°C.
System 6, 10:
Fill pump A2 is disabled when the tempera-
ture of storage cylinder 2 exceeds the limit set
here to protect the system.
The pump is enabled again when the temper-
ature is less than the temperature [P51] – 5°C.
After 30 minutes, the fill pump for the second
storage cylinder is switched off for 2 minutes.
If the temperature of the storage cylinder rises
by at least 1°C during this time, the fill pump
remains switched off for a further 2 minutes.
This cycle is repeated until no temperature
increase is detected or until the fill pump for
the first storage cylinder is switched on.

52 Solar supplement tolerance

Systems 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11: Only
when the special central heating function is
selected.
If the storage cylinder is filled by the collector
(A1 = ON), then the additional heater is ena-
bled only if the storage cylinder temperature
is less than the set temperature [P47] by the
value [P52] + [P34]. The heater is disabled
again if the storage cylinder temperature
reaches the value [P47] - [P52].

ANTI-LEGIONELLA FUNCTION

Systems 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13:
Only when the special central heating function
is selected.
Supplementary heating function: active.
The storage cylinder is heated to its anti-
legionella temperature P53 at the set time
of P11 every Saturday. This function is only
activated if anti-legionella temperature (P53)
has not been reached during the previous
week. The temperature is monitored by probe
F4 "bottom of storage cylinder". The Anti-
Legionella function is disabled if the set
temperature cannot be reached in 3 hours or
alternatively if the maximum temperature set
for the storage cylinder is reached, as meas-
ured by probe F3 (only if fitted).
The Anti-Legionella function can only be com-
pleted successfully if the external heater
(during the activation period) can reach the
required temperature.
The anti-legionella cycle can only be com-
pleted successfully provided the boiler is able
to reach the required temperature during the
anti-legionella cycle.

53 Anti-Legionella function

OFF = Operation disabled (default).
50°C - 70°C = Operation enabled.

ADDITIONAL RELAY FUNCTIONS

If outputs A2 and A3 are not assigned to
a specific function, they can be freely pro-
grammed for one of the special functions.

54 Function A2 / A3

0 = Output A2/A3 not active.
1 = Circulating pump, during the enabling
times [P09-P10] the output is continually
active.
2 = Circulating pump with impulses, within
the enabling times [P09-P10] the output is
only active when the impulse is ON.
3 = Circulating pump with Anti-Legionella, the
output is active when the Anti-Legionella func-
tion is enabled.
4 = Storage cylinder 1 heating, reference
probe F3.
5 = Storage cylinder 2 heating, reference
probe F5.
6 = Return temperature control, storage cylin-
der 1.
7 = Return temperature control, storage cylin-
der 2.
8 = Solar collector protection: the output
becomes active if the collector protection
temperature (P45) is exceeded, and can be
used to activate a heat dissipation system
(e.g. fan-coil).

Circulation by impulses
If the impulse input is short-circuited, the cir-
culating pump is started for the duration set
for P55. It can only be activated again after
the expiry of the deactivation time P56.
The pump can only operate during the ena-
bling times [P09-P10].

Additional heating
The additional heating function is only active
during the enabling times [P07-P08].
If during this period temperature the set for
the storage cylinder decreases by at least
5°C (for solar supplement by P52+5°C), then
the selected output is switched (additional
heating), until reaching the set temperature
(additional heating OFF).

55 Circulating pump activation time

Time the circulating pump remains on, in
minutes, after the transmission of an impulse.

56 Circulating pump deactivation time

If the circulating pump is activated, it can only
be started again after the expiry of the deac-
tivation time.
