If the Control Panel has memorized a zone alarm or
tamper (light
a
respectively ON or blinking) the first line
of display will show the type of signal and the second
line the description.

Press OFF to cancel the signals in a category (ONLY
Master User with Grade 2 Control Panels and Alarms
in Grade 3 Control Panels or Super User with Grade 3
Control Panels).
Press 0 (zero) to reset the BPI bus when viewing tam-
pers and faults.

View Partition status
The “View Partition status”, (Keypads can operate
ONLY on the Partitions they are assigned to), and the
relative character of the partition will blink if the partition
has in memory an Alarm or Tamper.

The keypad will stay in the “View Partition status” for
30 s max and then return to the
standby status .
During the View Partition status it is possible to per-
form the basic operations.
Press D and C to scroll the Keypad’s Partitions.

A then ON , to Arm the Partition in Stay Mode ;

The first 8 characters on the LCD bottom line show the
status of the Keypad Partitions (Table 4).
The characters
n. 9 to 13 on the LCD bottom line show
the trouble conditions (Table 5).
The
last 3 characters on the LCD bottom line show the
Installer status, Answering Machine and Telephone line
(Table 6).

The numbers below the display will correspond
only to the first 8 Partitions.
Press ESC to quit the View Partition status .

Fast Keys (Superkeys)
If your Installer has set up the 3 Superkeys ( 1 , 2 and 3 ),
you will be able to operate your system from the key-
pad, without using PINs. The Superkeys can be pro-
grammed to activate:
Ø
the Digital Communicator , to transmit event codes
to the Central Station;
Ø
the Dialler, to send a voice message (requires
AS100 Audio Station, for customized voice mes-
sages);
Ø
one or more Outputs .
Up to 32 Telephone numbers can be programmed for
the first two actions.

Hold the Superkey for at least 4 seconds. A beep of
acceptance will follow. The Superkeys are not ac-
tive by default.

Ask the installer to activate the Super-keys
