When the Benson Global Heat Pump system is installed in areas of Heavily Mineralized Water or a

ltered supply, such as a Dam, Spring, Bore, River or other water supply’s we require the water to be 

tested and/or Water tank storage exceeds the following limits, the system may have problems with 
corrosion of the systems components and void the warranty.

Terms and condi ons

The system must be installed by Licensed Plumber and/or Electrician and be installed to all 
state and Territory regula ons. 

2/ 

The system must be operated and maintained as per the instruc

s supplied 

3/ 

The warranty covers the Benson Global system only and not any addi onal parts supplied 
during the installa on including the tank. 

4/  

Warranty is from the date of the original purchase, if parts are replaced during this period the 
system is 

l only warranted from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required 

before warranty can be carried out. 

5/ 

In areas were sediment maybe a problem

Regular warranty has a travel limit of 20km from the closest service agent, any distances over 
this are covered at the owners expense.
