Installation of supplied accessories
Installing/removing battery
Align three gr ooves at the bottom of radi o and the three correspondi ng sl ots
on the bottom back of radio, push the grooves i nto the sl ots, and then press
the top of battery until a “click” sound is heard.
To remove battery, please make sure the radio is cl osed, then pul l back on
the rel ease l atch and sli de the pack away from the transceiver.
Installing/removing antenna
Hold the bottom of antenna; rotate it clockwise i nto the antenna base at the
top of the radi o until i t is light.
Rotate antenna counter -cl ockwise to rem ove i t.
