WARRANTY LIABILITIES
The manufacturer guarantees stable machine operation for a period of 12 months from the date
of sale by retail company, provided that operation and storage rules are observed in accordance
with this manual.
Date of sale must be written in approval certificate and warranty cards. In case of the absence of
retail company mark, warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture.
Claims in quality are not accepted in the absence of warranty card for the machine, and warranty
repair is not performed. To make warranty repair possible, the owner should send the machine
with this Operating Manual to warranty repair shop in rigid transport packaging providing product
safety.
During warranty period, repairs of the breakages caused by the manufacturer are performed free
of charge. Upon completion of the repair, the repair shop keeps the warranty card.
Machine malfunctions that cause warranty loss are listed below:
• mechanical damage or damage caused by the effect of corrosive environment, extreme
temperatures or ingression of foreign objects;
• machine independent disassembly by a consumer;
• operation with overload;
• operation with insufficiently tensioned or overtensioned chain, which resulted in damage
to guide bar or sprocket crown;
• independent replacement of parts and units or changing of parts arrangement;
• defects, caused by incorrect storing (corrosion of metal parts), severe contamination or
negligent use;
• machine usage other way than intended;
• defects, caused by insurmountable circumstances (accident, fire, flood, lightning stroke etc.).
Relationships between the consumer and the manufacturer, in case of faults detection, are
performed in accordance with the Law “On the protection of consumers’ rights”.
Service life of the machine is not less than five years on condition of compliance with operation
rules and regular maintenance.
List of parts, not covered by the warranty:
• guide bar;
• chain;
• sprocket crown;
• wheels.
Hereby confirmed that this operating manual has been entirely read and accepted.

Absence of buyer’s signature is regarded as operating conditions violation and will be a cause for
refusal of warranty repair and machine replacement by retail company.
