Initial Startup Procedures

Install Spray Nozzles & Verify Proper Function of Top Assembly and Airis®

5) In each Top Manifold Assembly install four (4) of the supplied Spray Nozzles into the Check

Bodies, refer to the image below.

Note:

Lubricate the Nozzle threads with a Liquid-Teflon™ for easier installation and maintenance.

6) Rotate each Spray Nozzle so it is installed at a 5° angle to the centerline of the Manifold. Be sure

to rotate all of the nozzles in the same direction, see the image below.
