Installation
Tunnel Placement
When placing a piece of equipment, tunnel depth will vary from site to site. Be sure to allow an
adequate operating envelope when placing the Arch.
1)
Stand the Arch up at this point in its proper location.
Note:
Each Arch head beam weldment has a welded stud on one side of the weldment. These
studs will need to face towards the exit of the bay.
2) Remove the 8 lag bolts from the accessory box and secure the driver side leg to the
floor using only one of the four holes on the base plate. If you have guide rail installed at
your site, use the measurement in the image below for proper location from the drive
side leg.
Overhead View
Dimensions are taken from the outer equipment leg to the driver side edge of the inside guide rail
3) Square the Arch up to the bay. Secure the passenger side leg to the floor using all four
lag bolts, making sure that the Arch is level in both directions. If so, finish securing the
driver side leg to the floor.
Note:
If you have a Utility Arch, proceed to the Neon Strip Kit Installation and Electrical
Connections section. If you have a Spray Arch, continue to the next step.
Continuing the Arch Assembly
