6 Likely Problems and Solutions
Problems Likely Reason Solutions
Does not boil
water
Kettle, boiling switch,
on-off switch or con-
ducting contacts may
be faulty.
Contact an authorized
service.
Boiling switch and on-
off switch is not “on”.
Bring the boiling switch
and on-off switch to “on”.
Safety thermostat is acti-
vated and does not allow
the appliance to operate
as it runs off water.
Wait until the appliance is
cooled or put some cold
water in it too cool it.
