Important instructions for
safety and environment
1.1 General safety
•
Keep the instruction manual for future use. Should
a third party be given the appliance, please ensure
the instruction manual is included.
•
Never use the appliance in the bath, shower or
over a wash basin filled with water; nor should it
be operated with wet hands.
•
Do not immerse the appliance in water or let it come
into contact with water, even during cleaning.
•
Clean all parts before using the appliance for the
first time. “Cleaning and maintenance” section, see
details.
•
Main switch should always be at “0” position when
no water is available in the kettle or when it is not
used.
•
Amount of water inside the kettle shall be between
tap level and maximum sign (0,5 to 3 L). Excessive
water may overflow while boiling. Ensure that the
water level is not below tap level, add more water
when it is reduced.
