To change the unit, press the >>UP<< button to select the "Unit" 
field and confirm by pressing the >>ENTER<< button.

Press the >>UP<< button to select the desired unit and confirm 
by pressing the >>ENTER<< button 2x.

Press the >>UP<< button to select the value to be changed and 
confirm by pressing the >>ENTER<< button.

Press the >>UP<< button to enter the new value and confirm by 
pressing the >>ENTER<< button.
