Hardware Self Test
The self-test program can be used to test aspects of operator panel functionality
and the communication ports. To run the test you will need:

Test plugs; see

24 V DC, min. 3 A.
Follow the steps below to run the self-test program on the operator panel:
1. Power off the operator panel.
2. Go to the self-test. Set the mode switches to the self-test positions, see the table
in the
section.
3. Power on the operator panel and follow the instructions at the bottom of the
display.
4. When using the test plugs, make sure all LEDs on the 9-pin and 25-pin
D-subs are on.
5. When the self-test is finished, power off the operator panel and set all mode
switches to the OFF position.
