UV CLEAR is a concentrate which is diluted 1:4 with water always at a reaction
time of 10-15 minutes is used.
In terms of application, several options are available:
dipping method
The quartz tube is expanded as previously described and in a suitable pan with the 20%
solution of detergent treatment. Clean after 10-15 minutes with a soft cloth and dry
thoroughly with clean water.
circulation procedure
Depending on the model, and the entire reactor chamber without removing the quartz
tube with cleaning solution will be cleaned. For this purpose, the reactor via existing
connections with 20% solution filled and started the cleaning program. Then drain the
reactor and thoroughly rinse.

Lamp disposal
Used UV emitters belong into the professional disposal either on your valuable material
yard or back to your specialized trade.
The UV reactor and the electric components are supplied to the respective recycling.

Transportation and storage
On receipt, check all parts of the delivery immediately to ensure that they are
undamaged and that nothing is missing. Also check the shipping documents and other
documentation. Claims will be considered only if they are reported immediately after the
receipt of the system as delivered by the company or dispatcher.
Storage conditions:
– Store in a dry place between 0 °C and 35 °C
– Protect from corrosion and damage
– Store all parts together, including ancillary equipment
