Technical Data
5. Covered pools produce a higher concentration of corrosive vapours from theche-
mical products in use and will therefore require cleaning more frequently.
6. Where possible, all stainless steel elements within the pool parameters should be
banded.
7. It is essential to choose the correct grade of stainless steel in pool installations
that are typically affected by severe ambient or water conditions.
Storage
1. Stainless steel elements that are not in use should be removed, washed with
fresh water, dried and stored away from chemical products and dosing appara-
tus.
2. Where staining or calcium deposits occur, clean with stainless steel cleaner and
enhancer without scouring with abrasive materials. Wash afterwards with plenty
of fresh water and dry well.
