4. Grease all areas indicated under Maintenance

5. Loosen the belts if the shredder is to be stored for an extended length of time.
6. Touch up scratches by sanding the area and applying a light coat of primer and paint

to prevent rust from forming.

7. Cover the shredder from the elements in order to have it in perfect condition for the

start of the next season.

8. Make sure all parked machines are on a hard, level surface, and engage all safety

devices.

9. Do not permit children to play on or around the stored unit.
