The resolution always needs to be set at the source. Your video card/graphic driver and monitor together determine the
available resolutions. In Windows you can select the desired resolution under Windows® Control Panel by adjusting the
‘Display properties‘. In Mac the resolution can be adjusted under the Display Settings.
It is recommended that the panel surface not be subjected to excessive shocks and be protected from sharp or blunt
objects. When handling the monitor, make sure that there is no pressure or force applied to the panel surface side. This
may affect your warranty conditions.
Each Beetronics monitor has different video connections and inputs (HDMI, VGA, RCA or BNC). Please ensure you have
the correct input selected on the monitor for the connection you are using. This can be done with the control buttons on
the back of the monitor or with the supplied remote control. By default, the screen is set to the HDMI input.
If the resolution and signal of the source are supported, you should see a clear and full screen image on your monitor.

Never clean the screen when it is switched on or when it is plugged in. Turn off the monitor and unplug the power
cord and input cables. The pixel control transistors cannot withstand pressure when the screen is on.
Never spray liquids directly on the product.
Initially use a slightly damp (water) microfibre cloth. The cloth should be damp, but not soaked.
If the water does not clean the monitor enough, a professional screen cleaner can also be used. However, it must
not contain benzene, solvents, ammonia, abrasives, alcohol or acetone. Do not allow these chemicals to come into
direct contact with the monitor, as they can visibly damage the screen.
Don’t apply too much pressure. Pressing too hard can cause dead pixels, uniformity problems, and light emission
problems. Also, please do not use a brush as this can scratch the panel.
Make sure the surface is completely dry before turning the monitor on and plugging in any input cables. No liquid or
moisture should be visible on the surfaces of the product.
Displays work best at their native resolution. If the video source provides the touchscreen with a signal in the native
resolution, the image will automatically be displayed in focus and at full screen. Resolutions vary from touchscreen to
touchscreen, and depend on the touchscreen size, video card, and video driver. Often the resolution can be adjusted in
the operating system of the video source.

Make sure you are using the USB touch input and not the USB media input.
Check if the operating system of the PC is supported. You will find a list of supported operating systems in
this section.
If you are using an adapter, converter or extension cable. Then connect the touchscreen using the supplied
USB cable to see if this fixes the problem.
