Optional dimmer (DMK7)
Optional infrared extender (IRC7)
The backlight brightness can be adjusted with the remote control (included), the operating buttons at the back, or the
Beetronics DMK7 external dimmer cable (optional accessory).
To use the DMK7 external dimmer:
1. Plug the dimmer into the correct 3.5mm port on the back of the monitor labeled Dimmer.
2. Turn on the monitor and open the menu using the remote control (included). Select ‘Backlight in the Picture’ settings and cycle
right until ‘’by dimmer’’ is selected.
3. You can now use the knob on the external dimmer to increase and decrease the brightness of the screen.
All Beetronics displays with an IR 3.5mm input at the back are compatible with the Beetronics IRC7 infrared extender
(optional accessory)
To use the IRC7 infrared extender:
1. Plug the dimmer into the correct 3.5mm port on the back of the monitor labeled IR.
2. You can now use the infrared extender with the remote control.
