BedJet Wireless Remote Control:
REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION OF BEDJET:
The wireless remote control and Bluetooth
smart device App are the only methods of commanding operation of the BedJet. The BedJet
main power switch needs to be ON and the Power ON LED light on main display lit for the
remote control or Bluetooth device to operate the BedJet. There are no external operating
mode buttons on the BedJet base unit.
BEDJET REMOTE CONTROL SYNC TO BEDJET:
The wireless remote control needs to be paired
to your BedJet in order to correctly operate. This is normally done at the factory prior to
delivery. If BedJet is powered on (verified by Power LED on BedJet display) and wireless
remote control buttons are pressed (verified by LED indicator on remote) but the BedJet does
not activate, then re-pair the remote control to BedJet with the following procedure:
To pair your remote control to your BedJet, make sure BedJet is powered OFF for 10 seconds.
Turn BedJet switch ON while simultaneously pressing and holding the COOL Button on remote
control until the BedJet Power ON indicator lights. BedJet will make 3 fast beeps to indicate
successful pairing to remote. The pairing is permanent until a new remote control is paired.
BATTERY:
The battery is an A23 type alkaline battery, commonly available and used
frequently in garage door opener remote controls. When needing replacement, the battery
may still light the LED on remote but be too weak for transmit. If remote control has
previously worked properly and then stops functioning, replace the battery.
