Modification of safety-related parameters of the machine control system is strictly prohibited.
All equipment serving safety and accident prevention, such as warning and information signs, covers, protective co-
verings, etc., must be in place. The removal or alteration of these facilities is prohibited. Damaged equipment must be
repaired immediately. Warning and information signs must be clearly visible.
DANGER
Danger to life due to defective, dismantled and manipulated protective devices
The VADS 1500+ may only be operated if all safety and protective devices are fully present and functional!
Faulty safety and protective equipment can lead to dangerous situations! For this reason:

Switch off the machine immediately,
•
secure against restarting and
•
Disconnect from air supply and electric current!
4.5 TESTING OF THE SAFETY AND PROTECTIVE DEVICES

NOTE
All safety and protective devices must be checked regularly.
The condition and function of safety and protective devices must be checked when:
•
Modifications and repairs have been made to the VADS 1500+
•
Damage has occurred to the VADS 1500+
•
maintenance and servicing intervals are to be carried out.
If the VADS 1500+ is used in continuous operation or continuously over a longer period of time, the loads on safety and
protective equipment will increase. In this case, the operating intervals must be adjusted accordingly.
4.6 DISPLAY ELEMENTS
Indicator element Oil sight glass
The oil sight glass shows the exact oil level when the pump is not
running. The oil sight glass has a scale that indicates the ideal level.
During operation, the display does not give a verifiable value due
to the swirling of the oil.
Indicating element pressure gauge

The pressure gauge shows the oil pressure in the system.
