Radio mode

Setting for normal operation, i.e.
depending on reception, the unit
switches back and forth from stereo to
mono (offers the optimum setting for
almost all reception areas).

Setting for exceptional reception con-
ditions - i.e. the unit is constantly set
to stereo.

Setting for reception situations in
which reflections constantly occur;
i.e. the unit is constantly set to mono.
Bandwidth control
Bandwidth control can be used to im-
prove station reception in difficult recep-
tion areas (station A has a neighbouring
station B in its immediate vicinity).

Traffic programme
If an RDS station broadcasts traffic
announcements, it is possible to inter-
rupt audio mode (CD, MP3, etc.) or AM
mode and switch to the broadcast traffic
announcement. Moreover, you can lis-
ten to one FM station while receiving
traffic announcements transmitted by
another FM station.
