It is a CCS2 charging socket for DC charging using an external charger compliant to
IEC 61851-23: DC electric
vehicle charging station
using the PLC (power line communications) protocol.
The vehicle is charged via the vehicle inlet, located on the center of the rear bay (figure 17) and via the rear door (figure
17a). Remove plug cover and insert charge connector.
