Step 5 (Bracket assembly)
a) Align the two holes on the bracket (F) with the two holes
on the cart left side panel.
b) Insert one M4 x 15mm bolt (CC) with one M4 flat
washer (GG) into each pre-drilled hole. Tighten bolts by
hand until secured.
c) Align the two holes on the bracket (F) with the two holes
on the bottom assembly.
d) Repeat the procedure b).
e) Align the two holes on the bracket (X) with the two holes
on the cart right side panel.
f) Repeat the procedure b).
g) Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
Step 4 (Assemble the front beam to the cart)
a) Place the front beam (E) on the two cart side
panels.
b) Align the two holes on the right end of front beam
(E) with the top & side two holes on the frame of
cart right side panel.
c) Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (BB) with one M6
spring washer (FF) and one M6 flat washer (EE)
into each pre-drilled hole. Tighten bolts by hand
until secured.
d) Repeat the procedure for the frame of cart left
side panel.
e) Go back and tighten all bolts using the
screwdriver provided.
Step 6 (Doors assembly)
a) Insert the bottom pin of left door (G-1) into the
pre-drilled hole on the cart bottom.
b) Push down the top pin of left door (G-1)
and insert
it into the pre-drilled hole on the left end of front
beam.
c) Repeat the procedure for the right door (G-2).
d) Close the two doors.
