Assembly Instructions
Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the
grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver
provided if necessary.
Estimated assembly time: 30 minutes.
Step 2 (The cart side panels assembly)
a) Loosen the six pre-installed bolts on the cart bottom (A) and allow
1/4 bolt’s length to extend from the bottom assembly.
b) Align the three large holes on the cart right side panel (C) with the
three bolts extended from the bottom assembly.
c) Slide the cart right side panel (C) until it locks into place. Tighten
bolts by hand until secured.
d) Repeat the procedure for the cart left side panel (B) assembly.
e) Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided.
Step 1 (The
Magnet
assembly)
Note: Before beginning assembly, make certain the two
swivel casters on the cart bottom (A) are locked.
a) Align the holes on the magnets (W) with the holes on
the cart bottom.
b) Insert one bolt (CC), one spring washer (GG) and one
flat washer (HH) into each pre-drilled hole. Tighten
bolts by hand until secured.
c) Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
Step 3 (The cart back panel assembly)
a) Loosen the four pre-installed bolts on the cart side panels
and allow 1/4 bolt’s length to extend from the cart side
panels.
b) Align the four holes on the cart back panel (D) with the four
bolts extended from the cart right side panel and cart left
side panel.
c) Push down the cart back panel (D) until it locks into place.
Tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided.
