Problems can occur with a Base Unit especially when an event has occurred such as a power
outage. To help troubleshoot your system, please follow the appropriate troubleshooting directions
for your unit. The Landline and 4G Cellular Base Unit can be differentiated by comparing the
buttons on the rear of the Base Unit as seen below.
