Maintenance/service
Prior to maintenance or repair
work, turn off the pump and
ensure that it is not turned on by
unauthorised personnel.
In the event of high temperatures
and high system pressure, the
pumps should be allowed to cool
down
Danger of liquid boiling
over! Risk of scalding!
If the motor head is separa-
ted from the pump housing
for servicing or repair work,
the O-ring situated between
the motor head and pump
housing must be replace by
a new one.
When refitting the motor
head, make sure the O-ring
is positioned correctly.

8 Problems, Causes and
Solutions
For problems, causes, and solutions see «Error/
Warning Messages» flow chart and the tables
below.
The first column in the table lists the code numbers
shown by the display in the event of an error.
Most error displays disappear automatically once
the cause of the error has been remedied.
8.1 Error messages
An error has occurred. The pump shuts down, the
error LED (red permanent light) comes on. After 5
minutes the pump switches on automatically. Only
when the same error occurs for the 6th time within
24 hours does the pump shut down permanently.
Manual reset is necessary.
Exception:
With blocking
code no. «E10» and «E25» the
unit immediately shuts down
on the first occurrence.
8.2 Warning messages
The problem (only
W
arning) is displayed. The
pump continues to run. The error can occur an
infinite number of times. The indicated operating
condition should not be ignored for long periods of
time. The cause of the error must be removed.
Exception:
If errors «E04»,
and «E05» remain for more
than 5 minutes, these are
passed on as error readings
(see diagram).
