I f you are using t he appliance in recirculat ion m ode, t hen be
sure t o replace t he carbon filt er at t he recom m ended int erval
( see sect ion on “ Fit t ing t he carbon filt er” ) . A build up of grease
could cause a fire hazard.

Your cooker hood includes grease filt ers w hich help t o absorb
grease part icles t o prot ect your kit chen & furnit ure from greasy
residues.

The m et allic filt ers m ay becom e inflam m able if t hey becom e
sat urat ed w it h t his greasy residue.

To prevent t his fire hazard, t he filt ers should be cleaned
regularly. Depending on use, t his should be done every 10- 15
days or at least once a m ont h, using hot w at er and norm al
w ashing- up det ergent .
