Clean and lightly grease the bit before inserting the drill bit. Insert a clean bit into the
chuck with a rotary motion until it clicks. The bit is locked. Check that the bit has
locked by pulling it out of the tool.
WARNING:
the hammer drill generates powerful forces to perform its work quickly
and effectively. These forces can cause lower quality SDS bits to break and get stuck
in the chuck. Therefore, we recommend using only high quality SDS drills with this
tool. Retract the chuck-locking sleeve and remove the bit.
Change and extraction of bits
Slide the handle onto the hammer drill and rotate to the desired working position. To
fix the auxiliary handle in place, rotate the handle clockwise. To loosen the auxiliary
handle, turn it counterclockwise.

Always use the auxiliary handle.
