Remote Control (Cont.)
Installing Batteries
Press down the retaining catch at the back of the remote control and take off the
cover to the battery compartment. Insert two AAA batteries into the recess, following
the markings inside the compartment. Put back the cover of the battery compartment
and push in gently until it clicks securely into place.
Using the Remote Control
Point the remote control directly towards the remote control sensor at the front of the
projector. The remote control has a range of up to 6 metres from the projector at an
angle of up to 30 degrees.
The remote control will not operate if its path is blocked. Make sure there are no any
obstacles between the projector and the remote control.
If the projector does not work when using the remote control from a close range, you
need to replace the batteries.
NOTE:
• Only use fresh batteries of the required size and type. Old batteries will decrease the
sensitivity of the remote control.
• Do not leave the remote control exposed to sunlight or very bright light, as this will
decrease its sensitivity. Do not leave it in very hot or humid conditions.
• Do not drop, apply shock or step on the remote control. Do not spill water on the unit.
• If you do not intend to use the remote control for an extended period of time,
remove the batteries to prevent possible leakage and corrosion.
Battery Precautions

only suitable batteries of the same type.
