Blue screen, no 
picture, no sound.

•  Check and ensure all input cables are connected 

correctly and the correct input source has been selected.

Picture alright, but no 
sound.

•  Check and ensure all input cables are connected 

correctly and the correct input source has been selected.

•  Make sure the volume is not set to MIN or MUTE.

Audio alright, but no 
picture.

•  Make sure the focus lens cover is removed. 
•  Check and ensure all input cables are connected 

correctly and the correct input source has been selected.

•  In VGA mode, the PC refresh rate is > 75Hz.

Can't find devices 
when a hard drive 
or flash drive is 
connected.

•  Reinsert the device. 
•  Check and ensure the device meets specifications 

supported by the projector.

Can't play movies.

•  Check and ensure the video format is supported.
•  Check on another appliance that the files is undamaged.
•  Check and ensure the source device is undamaged.

Indicator light doesn't 
come on.

•  Make sure the power cord is properly connected.
•  Make sure the power switch at the back is turned on 

before pressing the POWER button again on the control 
panel.

Remote control 
doesn't work.

•  Check the batteries and replace if exhausted.
•  Check and ensure the power switch at the back of the 

projector is turned on.

•  Make sure there is no obstruction between the remote 

control and the IR sensor.

Automatic shut down 
during operation.

•  The overheat protection may have activated because of 

lack of ventilation. Ensure that nothing is blocking the 
ventilation grilles.
