IMPORTANT!

•  Look after the projector. Do not let dust settle on the air intake or outlet grilles. If 

dust is blocking the ventilation grilles, the overheat protection may be triggered 
and cause the projector to shut down. 

•  Keep all parts of the projector clean, especially the ventilation grilles and filter (see 

below).

•  Make sure the projector is disconnected from the power supply before cleaning 

and maintenance.

Care and Cleaning

Cleaning the housing

•  Clean the housing with a soft dry dust cloth. DO NOT use any wax or polish sprays 

on the cabinet.

•  If necessary, use a wrung out damp cloth (not too wet) to wipe off stains.
•  DO NOT use abrasive cloths or polishes as these will damage the appliance. 
•  DO NOT use any chemical cleaning agents on any part of the product.
•  DO NOT remove the cover or the back of this product. There are no user-serviceable 

parts inside this product. If a service is required, contact our after sales support 
centre for advice on repair or service.

Cleaning the air intake filter

It is very important to keep the air intake filter clean. To wash the filter:
•  Turn the projector upside down.
•  Using pliers

arefully grip the two latches and pull out the filter.

•  Shake any dust out of the filter and, if necessary, wash the filter in warm, soapy 

water. Rinse and air dry thoroughly.

•  Make sure the filter is completely dry before reinstalling it into its place behind the 

cool air intake grille.

Responsible disposal

At the end of its working life, do not throw this device out with your household 
rubbish. Electrical and electronic products contain substances that can have a 
detrimental effect on the environment and human health if disposed of inappropriately. 
Observe any local regulations regarding the disposal of electrical consumer goods and 
dispose of it appropriately for recycling. Contact your local authorities for advice on 
recycling facilities in your area.
