Operating the impact wrench
Operation instructions
• Please do not use the impact wrench
for more than 10 minutes at a time.
• Please do not touch the drive shaft
head with your hands during operation.
• The impact wrench is only suitable for
emergencies. Please use a special
torque wrench to check the correct
torque as quickly as possible.
• When tightening the nuts, please screw
the nuts in first by hand and then tighten
them with the wrench.
• It is an emergency repair tool; please
check the tightness manually after
screwing the screws with the wrench.
• Please screw the wheel nuts firmly after
changing the wheel and check again
after 50-100 km!
Loosening/tightening wheel nuts
– Plug the power cable plug into the 12 V
on-board socket (e.g. cigarette lighter
socket). Make sure that the red LED
display on the plug is lit up.

– Hold the device in a straight line with
the screw.

– To unscrew screws, push the rotation
direction switch to the left (anti-clock-
wise rotation direction).
– To screw screws in, push the On/Off
switch to the right (clockwise rotation
direction).
– To switch off, push the On/Off switch to
central position [O] .

Maintenance
– Check the hydraulic cylinder and lever
regularly for corrosion and oil loss.
Clean unprotected areas with a clean
cloth.
– Grease moving parts with suitable lubri-
cant.
– Check all device parts for complete-
ness and damage before each use.
Storage
– Keep the device in a dry environment to
avoid corrosion damage.
NOTICE! Risk of damage to the
device!
Only activate the rotation
direction switch when the device is
at a standstill.
Note: Always use the right screw
attachment for the screw. Using
the wrong attachments may
destroy the screw head.

Clean any dust out
of the ventilation
slots in the motor.
Use a vacuum
cleaner, brush or
paintbrush.
Clean the device. Wipe the device
with a damp cloth.
CAUTION! Risk of injury! Store
the device so that it cannot be
started up by unauthorised per-
sons.
Make sure that no-one can injure
themselves with the device when it
is at a standstill.
NOTICE! Damage to device!
Store the device in a dry, well-ven-
tilated area.
