Troubleshooting
If something is not working…
In many cases, small defects can lead to a
malfunction. You can usually eliminate
these yourself. Please consult the following
table before contacting the dealer. This
may save you a lot of effort and quite often
money.

Unprofessional repairs may mean
that your device will no longer
operate safely. This endangers
both you and your environment.
Error/Faults Cause Remedy
Tyres/objects cannot be
pumped.
Are tyres/objects leaking? Seal or replace tyres/ob-
jects.
Vehicle battery too weak? Charge or replace battery.
Hose connection leaking? Check hose connection; re-
place damaged parts if nec-
essary.
The 2-in-1 device does not
switch on.
Both switches of the 2-in-1
device are not set to the cor-
rect position.
Set the switches to their cor-
rect positions.
The power cable is not con-
nected firmly to the 12 V on-
board socket of the vehicle.
Press the plug into the sock-
et and make sure that the
LED display on the power
cable plug is lit up.
The LED display on the pow-
er cable plug is out. The in-
ternal fuse of the power ca-
ble is burned out.
Replace the fuse.
The power cable is dam-
aged.
Get it repaired by a qualified
service technician.
The connection of the 12 V
on-board socket of the vehi-
cle is dirty.
Clean the contact points of
the on-board socket.
The output protection fuse
for the 12 V on-board socket
of the vehicle is burned out.

changing fuses in the user
instructions for the vehicle.
The vehicle battery capacity
is empty.
Charge/replace the battery.
The motor of the inflation
equipment is running, but
the inflation equipment is not
pumping the object.
The hose nozzle is not fas-
tened properly to the inflata-
ble object.
Fasten the nozzle to the in-
flatable object.
