• Avoid working under difficult conditions
(e. g.: extreme weather, usage in cold
storage areas or strong magnetic
fields).
• Do not dismantle the jack. Dismantling
leads to malfunctioning and defects.
• Do not change the settings of the
adjusting screws on the hydraulic cylin-
der!
• Wash your hands after maintenance
and/or working with the device. There is
a risk of contamination!
• Never use multiple jacks at the same
time to lift a load.
• Clean up any spilled hydraulic oil imme-
diately.
• Never exceed the maximum load
capacity.
• Only use the jack to lift vehicles in
accordance with their user instructions.
Make sure that the jacking point under
the vehicle is firmly mounted. Unin-
tended use of the jack can cause
severe damage to materials and health
and will cause the warranty to lapse.
• Before lifting or lowering loads, always
make sure that there are no persons,
animals or objects under the device or
the load.
• Open the lowering valve slowly and
carefully. Opening the lowering valve
too quickly and forcefully will cause the
load to be lowered very quickly and may
lead to an accident.
• Only use the handle provided to carry
the device.
• Never expose a loaded safety stand to
horizontal forces.
• Make sure that you are able to observe
the vehicle while lifting it, to avoid acci-
dents.
• The vehicle manufacturer guidelines
must be observed as well as these user
instructions.
Safety information for compressors
• The compressor may only be operated
with a 12 volt connection.
• The maximum permitted filling pressure
must be observed for the parts to be
pumped.
• Always leave the valve lever in the
OPEN position when the compressor is
not running.
• Explosive, flammable or harmful gases
must not be sucked in.
• Never operate the device in damp or
wet environments.
• Do not leave the device unsupervised
when switched on.
• Do not lift, tilt or transport the device
during operation.
• The manometer pressure values are
guide values. Always carry out checks
with a calibrated air pressure gauge.
Safety information for impact
wrenches
• Hold the power tool firmly.
High
forces may temporarily occur while
screws are being fastened or loosened.
• Secure the workpiece.
Clamping
devices or vices will hold workpieces
more securely than your hand.
• Wait for the power tool to come to a
stop before putting it away.
The
insertion tool may get caught and lead
to loss of control over the power tool.
• Do not use for removing wheel nuts
from aluminium rims! Danger of hairline
cracks in the rim!
• Always check the tightening torque with
a torque wrench with the relevant
torque range.
Additional safety information
• Switch the power tool off immedi-
ately if it jams. Watch out for sud-
denly occurring forces which may
cause kickback.
The insertion tool
may be jamming due to overload or tilt-
ing, for example.
