Shower radio
OPERATE:
1. Insert the batteries;
2. Please double-check that the seal of the battery compartment is properly seated into the
corresponding slot and has not been moved or damaged.
3. If the seal shows any visible damage, the radio will no longer be fully waterproof and must not
come into contact with water or any other liquids. The dotted markings on the battery compartment
cover and on the device housing must be located side by side.
To open the battery compartment, proceed as following:
- Please make sure that your radio is powered off. To do this, the duck head must be rotated until the
beak points to OFF.
- Use a common size-2 Phillips screwdriver to open the battery compartment on the bottom. It is only
necessary to loosen the screws until the cover can be removed. The screws will be retained in the
cover.
- Insert the batteries. Be sure to respect the polarity. The polarity is indicated with the s and
– on the batteries and in the battery compartment in the radio.
- Place the cover onto the battery compartment. Make sure that the dotted marking on the cover and
on the device housing are located side by side. Then tighten the screws.
Powering the radio on and adjusting the volume
- Rotate the duck head clockwise to power the radio on. This will adjust the audio volume at the
same time. Keep turning the head clockwise to increase the sound volume, or turn
counterclockwise to lower the volume.
Tuning a station:
- Power on the bathroom radio and adjust the volume.
- Use the band selection switch to choose the desired frequency band: Press “AM” for medium wave
and “FM” for frequency modulation stations.
- Turn the duck’s behind to select the desired broadcasting frequency.
