• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height
can damage the product.
• Do not lift persons with this floor jack.
• Never load the jack above the nominal capacity (2 t).
• All moving parts must be kept clean and greased regularly.
• Oil should always be filled to the lower edge of the oil filler plug. Do not use brake
fluid!
• Use suitable support blocks to support a vehicle when working underneath it.
• Make sure that no one is leaning against the vehicle when it is lifted.
• Block the wheels and pull the emergency brake.
• Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection of the
device.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an
expert or at a qualified shop.

Operation
It is necessary for the operator to monitor the lifting device and the load
during all movements.
The vehicle and floor jack must be standing on an even, hard and horizontal
surface during use.
Always pull the emergency brake of the vehicle you wish to raise during use.
The floor jack features a safety valve to prevent overloading. This safety valve preset by the
manufacturer. Do not adjust the valve!

Intended use
This hydraulic floor jack can carry loads up to a weight of 2 t. The lift saddle rotates 360° to
adjust perfectly to various use conditions. The working height of the floor jack bearing a load of
2 t is between 135 and 315 mm and can be set using the pump piston lever.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you
use the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged.
Read the instructions carefully and keep them. Make this product available to third parties only
together with its operating instructions.

This is a lifting device. Before inspections or jobs, the load beneath the
vehicle must be supported using props with an appropriate nominal capacity.
Do not overload. The load bearing capacity of the lifting device is 2 tons.
Overloading can lead to damages to the lifting device and/or breakdowns
resulting in property and personal damage.
This lifting device is intended for operation on hard even surfaces. Use on
other surfaces poses a risk that the device is instable or that the load may
fall off.
• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may become
dangerous playing material for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high
humidity, moisture, flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and
protect it from any accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed
if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
